South Africa is renowned for both her beer and wine, and we have some of the best wine farms and craft breweries right here in the Cape. We’ve created our very own Stellenbosch tour, perfect for both guys and gals, with some biltong and an afternoon braai/BBQ thrown in for good measure! This uniquely Capetonian tour takes you to some of the best spots along the famous Stellenbosch wine route.

Our first stop is something you will literally only find in South Africa: a wine and biltong pairing. Yep, you read right, that’s wine and biltong – paired for your enjoyment while you drink in the spectacular views on show at this location. This is an unforgettable experience including panoramic views, carefully chosen local biltong and remarkable wines. This farm is also famous for serving wine at Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday celebration – some of which you can sample.
Authentic South African Braai
Our next stop could not get any more authentically South African. We find beautiful Cape Dutch style microbrewery where we will have an authentic South African braai lunch. The beers on offer here are brewed in accordance with the strict old German Reinheitsgebot brewing law, so you know they’re good.
Zebra & Springbok Viewing While Wine Tasting
Our next stop boasts Zebra and Springbok wildlife, while you get to taste amazing Cape wine. We’ll get to taste some top drawer wines here, and you’ll definitely want to pick up a few bottles when you see the great price tags.
Craft Brewery Tasting
Our last stop takes us to the home of the World’s Best Craft Lager of 2014. At this microbrewery we’ll be treated to an in-depth tour of the facilities, taste four beers (including a uniquely local Rooibos infused lager), and indulge in a draught beer of your choice. Worried about your waistline? Don’t be! These beers are naturally low in carbs, with two being completely sugar free, ensuring that these moments on the lips will never reach the hips.
